Mrs. Joy Ann (Haydon) Gossett, age 90, of Cave City, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday May 18, 2024. She was born on December 23, 1933, to the late Franklin and Ruby Haydon of Park City, Kentucky. Joy graduated from Park City High School. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Helping others was something she was always willing to do, and many people came to her for a helping hand.
Little Bethel Baptist Church was her home church for many years where she played piano, taught VBS and Sunday School. Later she became a member of Barren County Baptist Church. As a devout Christian, she will be missed by her community.
