Cass G. Martin

Mr. Cass G. Martin, age 65, of Horse Cave, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at his residence.  Cass was born in Horse Cave, on June 12, 1958, a son of the late Thomas Cecil and Jo Ann (Rutherford) Martin.  Cass worked most of his life on the farm, up until his retirement.  He was an avid pool player and found great pleasure in rebuilding and refurbishing pool sticks. His skill and passion for pool were admired by all who knew him.

He is survived by his three children; Scott Martin and Tasha of Canmer, Kentucky; Brookelynn Martin and Andrew of Hiseville, Kentucky; Derek Martin and Aurora of Munfordville, Kentucky. His companion, Cindy Lynn Fields of Horse Cave, Kentucky, nine grandchildren; Taylor Lewis, Abigale Martin, Avry Lewis, Stella Bowles, Levie Bowles, Tucker Ream, Jana Beth Love, Cecil Martin, Ryder Pullien, along with one on the way.  In addition, two brothers; Keith Martin and wife Aley, Johnny Martin, two sisters; Selena Gibbons, and Sonia Martin along with several nieces and nephews and a host of lifelong friends also survive.

The family honored his wishes, and cremation was chosen with no services scheduled at this time.
